WHAT IS THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME?
We ship orders worldwide delivered at the doorstep, It depends on where you are. For Pakistan It takes 3-5 business days to deliver to your doorstep. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10 to 20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY, AND HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
We are sorry to hear that our product did not work out for you. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 07 days after receiving it. Once you ship your return package, please notify us with the tracking number. Please note: Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund, as shipping fees are non-refundable.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
To cancel an order you must contact us ASAP to process the cancellation. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of being placed. Please write an email to [email protected] within 24 hours to cancel your order. Otherwise, your order may already been sent. Any orders placed on weekends will be processed or canceled the following business day.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE DAMAGED?
If your products arrive damaged due to the shipment by the carrier, please save the box and products and notify us immediately by writing an email at [email protected]. The shipping provider will inspect the package and pick up the damaged goods, and your products will be replaced.
